For your protection, RAAD TV requires a written notice of cancellation via e-mail, postal mail, or in person stating your request to cancel and the date you would like your service to end.
If you do not cancel your account in this way you will be responsible for continuous fees on your account. You will be responsible for the full month of service if you have not cancelled prior to the last day of that service. (If you cancel your contract you will be fully responsible for the remaining period of your contract).
If you desire to remain active through a certain date, please inform us of that date.
(a) You can cancel your installation at any time before it starts in the following ways by: (i) calling on: 44 208 5899446
(ii) writing to RAAD TV Customer Relations Department,
Enterprise House, 133 Blyth Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 1DD
(iii) sending a fax to 44-208-5612711
(iv) sending an email to Attention: Customers relations department; Info@raadtv.com.
(b) You must give your name, address, post code and customer number in order to cancel your subscription.
